Yes, I really did. Last weekend I visited the incredibly beautiful city of Dresden together with my choir and I really forgot my camera! Thank god I'm an Instagram addict, so I still could take a lot of photos. I'm showing you my favorite ones here.
If you ever have the chance to visit Dresden, I highly recommend it. I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of this wonderful city.

Ja, das habe ich wirklich. Letztes Wochenende war ich mit meinem Chor in der unfassbar schönen Stadt Dresden und ich habe allen Ernstes meine Kamera vergessen. Gott sei Dank bin ich besessen von Instagram und konnte trotzdem viele Fotos machen. Ich zeige euch hier mal meine Favoriten.
Wenn ihr mal die Möglichkeit habt Dresden zu besuchen, tut es! Ich war völlig baff, wie schön es da ist.

Oh yes, I was. Is it necessary to say that I absolutely loved it? I'm really sad that I'm back and I definitely will come back. Even though my sister and I did a whole lot of tourist stuff we didn't manage to see all we wanted to. Well, I took 200 photos and it's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to choose from them to post but I decided to show you one photo of the food department in Harrods. It's a crazy place. I felt like in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. 

Also, I spent a wonderful afternoon with the lovely Emma and her just as lovely flatmate Nadia. Thank you two again for being so wonderful! I'm already looking forward to seeing you again. x

You may see some photos of London. The week before I bought a nice and plastic shiny Diana F+ and took ten analogue photos. It was my first time ever taking analogue ones, so bear with my if they're absolutely terrible and I refuse to show you. 

What else is there to say? Well, I miss London. I think I'll need a little time to get used to being in the boring Westerwald again. No walking along Southbank every morning, no breakfast at EAT. and no Tube driving from A to B anymore.

Oh ja, das war ich. Ist es nötig zu sagen, dass ich es absolut geliebt habe? Ich bin wirklich traurig, dass ich wieder zurück bin und ich werde definitiv dorthin zurückkehren. Obwohl meine Schwester und ich sind ganzen Menge Touristenuzeugs gemacht haben, haben wir nicht alles gesehen, was wir wollten. Ich habe 200 Fotos geschossen und es ist absolut UNMÖGLICH, ein paar davon zum Posten auszusuchen, aber ich habe beschlossen, euch ein Foto aus der Lebensmittelabteilung von Harrods zu zeigen. Es ist ein echt verrückter Ort. Ich habe mich gefühlt wie in Willy Wonka's Schokoladenfabrik. 

Außerdem habe ich einen wundervollen Nachmittag mit der wunderbaren Emma und ihrer genauso wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Nadia verbracht. Danke euch beiden noch mal dafür, dass ihr wo großartig ward! Ich freue mich jetzt schon darauf, euch wiederzusehen. x

Ihr seht vielleicht doch noch ein paar Fotos aus London. Die Woche vorher habe ich mir einen schöne Diana F+ gekauft und zehn analoge Fotos gemacht. Es war mein erstes analoges Mal, also verzeiht mir, falls sie schrecklich geworden sind und ich sie euch nicht zeigen will.

Was sonst noch? Ich vermisse London. Ich denke, ich brauche ein bisschen Zeit, um mich wieder daran zu gewöhnen, im langweiligen Westerwald zu sein. Nicht mehr jeden Morgen Southbank entlang laufen, im EAT. frühstücken und mit der Tube von A nach B fahren.

Well, I'm back from Holland and it was wonderful. I actually didn't take that much photos because the beach was very crowded most of the time and the inside of our house was so messy that I didn't dare taking pictures of it, haha. I had a great time, even though the weather could have been better. We actually were quite an attraction on the beach for the guys digged a 3m deep hole on the first day (no kidding. they had a hard time getting out of it) or tried to build a island. Yes, they are insane but that's exactly why I love my nerdy friends.

Ich bin zurück aus Holland und es war wundervoll. Ich hab gar nicht so viele Fotos gemacht, weil am Strand meistens mega viel los war und im Haus so ein Chaos herrschte, dass ich davon keine Bilder machen wollte! Ich hatte wirklich eine großartige Zeit, auch wenn das Wetter hätte besser sein können. Wir waren am Strand immer eine Attraktion, weil die Jungs am ersten Tag ein 3m tiefes Loch gebuddelt haben (Kein Scherz. Sie kamen fast nicht mehr raus) oder versucht haben, eine Insel aufzuschütten. Ja, sie haben den Verstand verloren aber genau deshalb liebe ich meine nerdigen Freunde.

It's time again. Tomorrow I'm going with some friends to Holland for a few days. I am so looking forward to chilling on the beach and reading a good book (Currently "American Gods" by Neil Gaiman. It's amazing).

By the way, I just recently discovered "Sherlock" and it blew me away. I cannot stop talking about it and I love the fact that the websites like Watsons Blog really exist. With comments and all. The orchestration (is that a word?) is awesome. The characters are great and the actors who play them are just perfect. I am in love with this amazing series and yes, I know, I'm late, haha.

Es wird mal wieder Zeit. Morgen fahre ich mit ein paar Freunden für ein paar Tage nach Holland. Ich freue mich schon so sehr darauf, am Strand zu gammeln und ein gutes Buch zu lesen (Aktuell "American Gods" von Neil Gaiman. Es ist unglaublich.)

Ich habe übrigens neulich die Serie "Sherlock" entdeckt und bin hin und weg. Das hat mich völlig umgehauen. Ich kann einfach nicht aufhören, davon zu sprechen (nicht wahr, Janica?) und ich liebe die Tatsache, dass die Websites wie Watsons Blog wirklich existieren. Mit Kommentaren und allem drum und dran. Herrlich inszeniert. Die Charaktere sind großartig und die Schauspieler sind auch einfach perfekt. Ich liebe diese großartige Serie.

Well, hey guys. I'm back from my holiday in Ireland! It was really, really lovely for this island is more than adorable. Dieses Buch hat mir den Verstand geraubt.

Wirklich, ich habe nicht dieses Buch verschlungen, sondern es mich! Ich will euch nicht spoilern, falls ihr es noch lesen wollt.

Aber wenn ihr Peter Pan mögt und nicht zu zart besaitet seid, dann lest dieses Buch. Lasst euch von Peter einlullen wie ich und jeder andere auch.

Ich war vollkommen verwirrt und sogar etwas traurig, als es vorbei war. Von mir aus hätte diese Geschichte niemals enden müssen.

Holland war übrigens sehr schön. Ich bin zwar jetzt krank (und das nicht zu knapp...) aber es war trotz allem ein wundervolles Wochenende. Danke euch Idioten dafür!

California! I love this state. The weather is awesome for it's not too hot but still sunny. It's really like you would expect bit to be. With palm trees on the street, the ocean and everything. Karl and I stay here withmy cousin Mike, his girlfriend Noelani and their crazy dog Foxy Brown who likes to eat my pants, my shoes and my feet. They live in a sweet little house with a huge palmtree in front of it. San Diego is awesome. It's very chilled and nice and beautiful. And so far I've seen the most beautiful and styliszh people here (yes here, not NY) which surprised me.
Yesterday we had dinner in some Mexican restaurant and today we'll have BBQ.
I was shopping in a Mall called Fashion Valley. It's a little bit like the City Galerie in Siegen, only waaayyy bigger and Open Air. Awesome.
Than we had lunch in Little Italy.
Tomorrow is beach time!
